Introduction of Ceiling Woodworking Decoration Process

Introduction of Ceiling Woodworking Decoration Process

Now using a lot of woodworking technology ceiling is more popular and carpentry can be said to be the most important part of the ceiling. What is the woodworking process in the process of ceiling decoration with zinc plated M10 stud anchors? The following is a detailed introduction.

Step 1: Handle the Wooden Keel

The wood keel used for ceiling was screened and the corrosion part, diagonal crack and insect damage were eliminated. The steps of fireproof treatment for wood keel are generally to brush or spray fire retardant coating on the surface of wood. In addition, the wood can also be dipped in the fire-retardant coating tank. For the wood keel directly contacting the structure, such as the keel beside the wall, the keel at the beam edge and the keel contacting the wall, the preservative with the effect of moisture-proof, mothproof and anti-corrosion should be applied in advance.

Step 2: Install the Hanger Rod Fixing Parts

The angle iron is fixed on the bottom surface of the cast-in-place floor with M8 or M10 flat mushroom double expansion anchors and the steel plate is fixed on the bottom surface of the cast-in-place floor slab with the shooting nails above φ 5. When pouring the floor or roof slab, it is necessary to embed the iron parts at the bottom of the suspender. Steel plate with 6 mm thickness shall be selected for iron parts and the length of slotted hex head lag screw shield anchor shall be greater than 150 mm.

Step 3: Connect the Boom

For the wooden keel ceiling, the connection between the suspender and the main keel usually adopts the drilling of the main keel, the threading of the lower part of the suspender and the zinc plated M8 wedge anchor fastening when passing through the main keel. The upper part of the suspender is connected with the suspender fixed parts by welding. In principle, the vertical and horizontal spacing of the suspender shall not be greater than 1000mm and the reverse support must be set according to the specification requirements when the length of the suspender is greater than 1000mm. Additional suspenders shall be added at ceiling lamps, air outlets and maintenance openings.

Step 4: Install the Main Keel

The main keel is usually made of 50 mm × 70 mm beam and the larger room is made of 60 mm × 100 mm wood beam. The main keel at the joint with the wall shall not be less than 110mm into the wall. The main keel should be equal to the long direction of the room and should be arched. The arch height is about 1 / 250 of the room span. The main keel shall be butted and the butt joints of adjacent main keel shall be staggered. The cantilever section of the main keel shall not be greater than 300 mm and the main keel shall be basically leveled after hanging.

Step 5: Install the Secondary Keel

Generally, 5cm × 5cm or 4cm × 5cm wood brace shall be used for secondary keel. The bottom surface shall be planed and scraped to be consistent with the section thickness. The distance between the small dragon bones should follow the design requirements. If there is no design requirement, it should be determined according to the specification of the cover plate, which is generally 400-500mm. The space between keel is generally 5cm × 5cm or 4cm × 5cm square timber and the spacing is generally 30-40cm. The connection between the secondary keel and the main keel mostly adopts 8-9cm long nails through the secondary keel obliquely into the main keel or through angle steel and heavy-duty shield anchor to connect with the main keel.

Step 6: Fix the Pipes and Lamps

When the ceiling is suspended, holes and flat mushroom M10 drop-in anchors shall be reserved according to the position of lamps and fans. When there are pipes or wires passing through the flat roof, they shall be installed in advance and then the surface layer shall be laid. If the pipeline has thermal insulation requirements, the ceiling surface should be sealed after the completion of pipeline insulation work.

Step 7: Install the Ceiling Cover Panel

The common cover panels of wooden keel ceiling include decorative gypsum board (white plate, perforated board and pattern relief board), plywood, fiberboard, wood silk board, particleboard and printed wood grain board.
