Stainless steel stairs are made of stainless steel material, mainly divided into handrails, columns, bases and other components. Stainless steel stairs are mainly used in families, companies, parks, squares, shopping malls and other places. Due to its modern appearance, good handle, easy cleaning and no rust, stainless steel stairs are widely used in most shopping malls. The common stainless-steel stair column material in the market is usually made of 304 stainless steel, while the 316 stainless steel in coastal area is more, which has anti-corrosion performance.
During the installation of stainless steel stairs, the specification, size and shape of stainless steel armrests and zinc plated M10 mechanical anchors shall be in accordance with the design requirements and there shall be no corrosion, knot, crack, distortion and other defects. Other accessories materials include slotted hex head drop-in anchors, sandpaper and processing accessories, motors used in the construction process are portable electric drills and small table saws, hand tools include screwdrivers, square rulers, angle cutting rulers and clips, etc.
After setting out on the civil base course, the tie-wire M10 double expansion anchor and steel plate are used to make the rear connector. After determining the position of column fixing point, drill holes on the stair floor with impact drill and then install tie-wire lag screw shield anchors.
In order to prevent the flat mushroom M10 wedge anchor and steel plate from loosening, the above method is also adopted for the connection between the handrail and the wall surface. The stainless-steel stairs should be rewired before installing the column. If there is any deviation, the accuracy of embedded plate position and welding vertical pole shall be determined and corrected in time. It shall be ensured that all stainless-steel columns are located on the steel plate and can be welded around. When welding the column, it needs to be completed by two persons because the steel pipe needs to keep it vertical.
The size of channel steel shall not be shaken during welding and shall meet the specification. According to the inclination angle of the stairs and the roundness of the handrail, the line shall be set out by lengthening line.
After the upper end of the stainless-steel staircase is machined, the handrail is directly put into the column groove. Spot weld the device from one end to the other and the adjacent armrest device shall be connected accurately. After the butt joint of adjacent steel pipes with tight joints is completed, the joints shall be welded with stainless steel electrode and the oil, burr and rust spots along each side of the weld and the M6 heavy duty shield anchor must be removed before welding.
The corresponding polishing paste should be used until the base metal adjacent to the stainless-steel stairs is basically consistent and no weld is shown.
The installation of stainless steel stairs with flat mushroom M8 stud anchors and other accessories shall be carried out according to the requirements of prior design. For the size of the grasp to be accurate, you should also pay attention to the error control. In the process of installation, continuous error processing and correction can achieve better installation effect.
