The fabrication and installation of the bracket shall be carried out according to the provisions of the design and product technical documents. If not specified in the design and technical documents, it can be manufactured and installed according to the following requirements. The drill hole of the support shall be drilled by bench drill or electric hand drill and the hole diameter shall not be greater than the diameter of the fixing carbon steel lag screw shield anchor by 2mm.
l The installation position of enclosed and inserted Bus supports shall be determined according to the needs of bus laying.
l When the straight section of enclosed and inserted bus is laid horizontally, the bracket shall be used for fixing and the spacing of fixed points shall meet the design requirements and product technical documents. Generally, the spacing is 2~3m and 2m is suitable for the current above 1000A.
l The flat mushroom M8 stud anchors of fixed bracket should be fixed with flat cushion and spring washer.
l For the support installed on the building, the more accurate support position shall be measured according to the direction of the bus path and the hole shall be drilled in the determined position. Then, you need to fix the carbon steel double expansion anchors of the mounting bracket.
l When drilling with heavy duty shield anchors casing, the drill bit with the same outer diameter as the casing should be used. The difference between the drilled hole diameter and the casing outer diameter should not be greater than 1 mm.
l The zigzag angle steel bracket is suitable for the horizontal installation of the bus bar on the wall and the bracket is embedded in the wall by the method of embedding.
l L-shaped angle steel bracket is suitable for horizontal installation of bus bar on wall or column. The L-shaped angle steel bracket and the wall shall be fixed with mM12x110 carbon steel M10 wedge anchors.
When laying horizontally, the distance between enclosed bus and ground should not be less than 2.2m. When they are vertically laid, the parts below 1.8m above the ground shall be protected from mechanical damage, except when they are laid in special electrical rooms (such as distribution room, electrical shaft, technical layer, etc.).
When the busbar is installed horizontally, the horizontal pressing plate shall be fixed with m8x45 hexagon nut. Flat washer and spring washer shall be used on one side of nut.
The connecting flange at the wall, the carbon steel M8 mechanical anchors between the shell and the base shall be tightened with torque wrench.
High insulation, arc resistance and high strength insulation board are used to separate the conductive parts to complete the bus connection. Then, the insulation bolts covered with epoxy resin shall be used for fastening to ensure the reliable insulation at the bus connection.
When the bus section is connected with the section, the connection cover plate is removed and the two sections of bus ducts are inserted together. Then put the connecting slotted hex head drop-in anchor and insulating sleeve through the connecting hole and tighten the connecting flat mushroom M10 toggle bolt with a torque wrench. Cover the connection cover plate after the bus is inserted and fastened, which means that the two bus ducts have been connected.
